4. Bottomless Brunch Terms & Conditions

Our Bottomless Brunch events are subject to the following conditions:

• Bottomless Brunch is time-limited (typically 2 hours unless stated otherwise)

• The time starts from the first drink served, not arrival time

• All guests participating must be 18 years or over and may be asked for valid photo ID

• One drink at a time per person – drinks will only be replaced once the previous drink is finished

• A brunch food item is included where stated; one per person only

• Upgrade options apply to the whole table/party where stated

• Drinks are selected from the Bottomless Brunch menu only

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated

• Slow or stop service where responsible drinking requires it

• End the Bottomless Brunch early for individuals or groups behaving irresponsibly or disrespectfully

No refunds will be given for unused time or drinks.

5. Responsible Drinking

The Block & Gasket promotes responsible drinking at all times.

We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy and reserve the right to:

• Refuse service without explanation

• Remove intoxicated or disorderly guests from the venue

• Stop serving alcohol at any point in line with licensing laws

Aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Prices, offers, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

7. Cancellations and No-Shows

For bookings or events:

• Cancellation terms may vary depending on the event or booking type

• Failure to attend without notice may result in loss of deposit or booking fee where applicable

Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.
